Thank you for your interest in working for us.

Affordable Workforce is interested in creating and maintaning good working teams and people. In doing so there are a number of criteria you must be able to fulfill before we can establish you as a valuable member. As such, you will be required to personally attend an interview.

Please complete the "ON LINE Application Form" (The link is at the bottom of the page). Please note, there is no where for you to attach your resume. You will be required to bring your resume with you when you attend your interview. Yes, you will still need to attend an interview. By completing the "On Line Application Form, you will assist us in gathering some information about you prior to your interview and, if you are sucessful, we will be able to place you in a position faster.

What Can I Expect at My Interview?

First of course, you must legally be permitted to work in Australia and you must be able to provide written evidence of this.
This could be in the way of

1. An Australian Birth Certificate. (Issued by the Registrar of Births, Deaths and Marriages)
2. An Australian passport.
3. An Australian citizenship certificate.
4. A relavent visa issued by the Department of Indiginious, Immigration, and Multicultural Affairs.(DIIMIA) (Note: We will be contacting DIIMIA to confirm your legal working status.)

When attending your interview, please make sure you have the ORIGINAL documents with you. (Photo copies are not accepted.)

What Else Do I Need To Bring?

• We will also be requiring previous employers for referees etc. (These should have been supplied already on your applications).
• If you have a resume, please bring this with you.
• If you are applying for certain positions for example, Forklift Driving, you will be required to bring with you your Fork Lift Drivers license.
• If you have a car/truck/motor cycle riders license, please bring that with you as well.
• It is also recommended you bring the bank account details for which you wish to be paid into with you.
• All Tax information

If you would like to make any changes to your application form, due to inaccuries etc, we invite you to make these changes at your interview as well. (We understand making a mistake is human).

Please note as this is very important. As you will be communicating with people, you will need a good sound knowledge of the English language.

Please complete the On Line Application Form only when you have the relevant documentation.
